ABOUT ILANAH SIMON

Ilanah Simon, a law graduate from University College London, holds a Masters in Commercial and Corporate Law from the same university. She is currently engaged in doctoral research at the Intellectual Property Research Institute, Queen Mary University of London, comparing trade mark dilution law in the United States and the European Union.

The co-founder of Ipkat, Ilanah is a skilled internet researcher who believes that online legal information exchange is a valuable tool for researchers and practitioners alike


She is committed to developing Ipkat into a bright and lively blog with content which is relevant to its visitors.

Ilanah is Deputy Editor of Sweet & Maxwell's European Trade Mark Reports and also acts as a case law database consultant to MARQUES, the organisation of European trade mark proprietors. She currently contributes the trade mark section of Sweet & Maxwell's European Union Law Reporter.
